This is a custom, one-hand XBOX One controller. It was made for SPC Kong Nugyen of the 1st Infantry "Big Red 1" out of Ft Riley. He suffered brachial plexus injury to his right arm and is unable to do two-handed play. This adapted XBOX controller allows uses the base controller for his left side functions but the right has been adapted to use his right foot for the ABXY and right stick functions. The right trigger and bumper has been moved underneath the left side of the controller.
